You already know you should limit how much rubbish you eat on a regular basis in order to be healthy. But nutritionist Stephanie Middleberg, RD, founder of Middleberg Nutrition, says you should avoid some foods altogether. Her list of foods to never eat for pure health reasons.
Margarine- stick with a spread like soya butter or an olive oil spread
Diet foods- diet sodas etc
Soy protein isolate,
